  • In Class Lab Demonstration
  • Shop Lab Demonstrations
  • Student Equipment Operation

xxxxThis program is designed to follow a progressive set of courses that follow a proven method of procedures and operations that has been designed based on 30 years of our experience building engines in the Automotive Performance Race Engine Industry and additional information from world renown Race Engine Builders and their view points and opinions.

0

xxxxProgram , Advanced Performance Engine Machinist, Theory and Machining Courses 201 thru 207. All Classroom hours are a combined of Classroom Lab mix. All Lab hours consist of demonstration, student participation and hands on equipment operating. This Program is designed and dedicated to the Automotive Performance Race Engine Industry, the courses outlined are today's most aggressive for producing modern performance engine technology and have been simplified to allow a student to understand the concepts used and by following a series of procedures that will reward them everyday working in the Performance Race Engine Industry.

0

All Students participating in this program will be responsible to in addition;

0

Design – Students must Design and Engineer an Engine combination using the Classroom theory, and lab machining technology offered from this program. [Limitations, Engine combinations and HP ratings are determined and approve by RCS/AMS, all required parts are supplied by RCS/AMS at no additional cost to student and are the sole property of RCS/AMS. Students can purchase their projects from RCS/AMS for the cost of materials, only upon successfully completing and passing Program 2.]

0

Machining –Students must Machine all the necessary parts and surface areas required to complete the intended engine design using the Classroom Theory, and Lab Machining Technology offered from this program.

0

Assemble – Student must assemble their engine completely using the Classroom Theory, and Lab Machining Technology offered from this program and prepare the engine for Engine Dyno Testing.

0

Engine Dyno Testing –Students will have to install their intended engines on an Engine Dyno and follow the Classroom Theory, and Lab Instruction Technology offered from this program. Students will be responsible to prove their Engine design and power level out puts with in + or – 3% of the projected power out put. Grading is based on how close a student is at reaching their predicted power level.

0

xxxxAll of the above requirements are supervised by an instructor during all aspects. RCS/AMS is so confident of its training programs, we are the only Votech School that offers such an intense and complete Performance Training Program in America. Our goal is to have our student feel comfortable with themselves, with their knowledge and abilities knowing that they have successfully completed what it takes to be confident to do their job in the Performance Engine Industry. There are no hidden secrets only the known and unattempted that keep us from reaching our goals.

* Program 2

When enrolling in Program 2, Program 2 requires a prerequisite of successfully completing Program 1, other wise only up to 20% of the courses offer in Program 2 can be taken based on acceptance, attendance availability and available starting dates of those course.

A student can take Program 2 with out attending Program 1 only when special arrangements are made for pre testing and successfully passing all related testing to Program 1. This will lower the tuition amount required for Program 1.
